hand-dyed silk/rayon cut velvet scarves are delicate, colorful, and elegant.  soft rayon velvet pile in graceful floral patterns on silk background, finished with rayon fringe.  these scarves measure 14" wide by 72" long, with 4" fringe at each end.  floral patterns vary.
